Tokyu's manufacturing journey started from household sewing machines and textile machines.
We have grown to the company that supplies products mainly for cars and offers the services ranging from the consulting to manufacturing of industrial machineries.
Assuming the responsibility as a member of the Toyota Industries Corporation, we support the Japan's manufacturing business with a pride as an engineer.

Safety
Our company has several rules regarding workplace safety such as "using pointing and calling when performing safety checks" and "use the handrails when using stairs", and all of our employees perform their daily tasks with a high safety awareness.
In addition, our parent company, Toyota Industries Corporation's safety vision states "safety will be prioritized above all", and the safety awareness of the entire Toyota Industries Corporation group is clear.
Our safety vision is posted everywhere in the company.

Healthiness
Our company slogan is "Brightly, Happily, and Cheerfully". To spend brightly, happily and cheerfully, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With this as the basis, our company decided to "aggressively intervene" in employee health, and started a company "health statement" in June 2017. The employees followed with their own "health statement" and created a "health statement banner".
Our company is actively promoting employees' healths by opening a salad bar in the cafeteria, holding health improvement events, promoting stop-smoking campaigns, and other activities.
These efforts were recognized, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry hereby announces that the Nippon Kenko Kaigi has recognized “Health & productivity”. ( Health & productivity was recognized for two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020.)
