Additionally, our main product "AMF type flaskless molding machine" has adopted vertical molding and horizontal splitting methods, and sand is blown vertically. This method offers a good sand filling performance.
We also realized the uniformed strength of the moldings by equipping a combination blow, a back blow, a blow head blow as well as an adjustable corner squeeze.

Vertical Molding / Horizontal Split Method
The sand filling property is good because it blows sand from the vertical direction. Moreover, because it is equipped with combination blow, back blow, blow head blow and even variable type corner squeeze, it improves sand filling property and achieves uniformity of mold strength.
